Food

Meal times at Casterton are an occasion for socialising and learning. Our meals are healthy and nutritious, catering for children's dietary requirements,  and freshly prepared within the grounds of the College. During mealtimes our children are encouraged to explore new foods and to try different textures and tastes.  Our older children also have the experience of serving themselves. The children have water on offer throughout the day and snacks such as, fruit, vegetables and rice snacks are provided.  High tea is served around 5 p.m. and this consists of filled sandwiches or wraps, followed by fresh fruit or yogurt.
